TCS’s experiences cover a vast array of diversified projects ranging from a 7-story 800,000 sq.ft. 51-courtroom combined civil and criminal justice courthouse facility, to a ground-up VA Medical Center project’s three supporting structures; a Community Living Center, Chapel and Domiciliary. The VA buildings were constructed to meet blast resistance and Miami-Dade hurricane resistance VA requirements. Our experience extends to complex county administration and emergency operations centers, sports complex renovations and numerous K-12 educational facilities. Many of the projects that TCS’s executive leadership team has participated on became LEED certified projects.
