TCS’s senior leadership experience in the K-12 arena began with the design and equipment product selection of economical and energy efficient HVAC renovations and upgrades for several Maryland public schools in the mid 1980’s. Since then, we expanded into MEP equipment systems consulting to numerous K-12 schools throughout the US. Our services include: pre-construction design and evaluation of proposed equipment and integration of system designs, production and delivery management, to the overall functionality of the project and the relationship of the operating systems supporting the project, including their impact on initial verses long-term life-cycle costs. Our higher education background comes from working on large-scale, complex projects as an MEP / FP construction administration consultant with a renowned national MEP/FP design firm. This coupled with logistical procurement experience from a major US CM@Risk general contracting firm gives our team the expertise and knowledge to deliver construction and consulting services across all sectors of education projects.
