Construction Management

TCS has extensive experience across all construction sectors on projects throughout the US. This allows our firm to provide CM services ranging from complex and technical projects to basic services for pre-construction, scheduling, budget, and Value Engineering reviews.  TCS’s business model lends itself to fulfill the CM role to provide construction administration and advice to both design and construction groups, ensuring projects are designed and built in a cost effective and efficient manner.
