TCS’s experiences range from engineering design and construction management support of select agent research facilities with custom designed mechanical systems to numerous laboratory projects. Our team has managed projects involving the procurement, installation and qualification of R&D process equipment, including multiple Single Use and stainless steel bioreactors and fermentors, pharmaceutical filling and capping machines and other upstream & downstream process equipment. These projects included facility modifications and corresponding equipment factory & site acceptance testing representation. TCS provided instrumental engineering, project management and qualification support for master seed laboratory renovations and overall engineering project supervision for a significant multi-year phased laboratory renovation.
TCS’s MEP systems application, design and implementation experience came from working on major groundbreaking state-of-the-art projects as a Construction Administrator for one of the world’s most highly recognized and leading MEP design consulting firms for very complex, technical projects.
